Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return or exchange your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. The returns process is straightforward - you MUST obtain a Returns number from us within 14 days of despatch. To get a returns number, please email email@example.com - we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please don’t return any item to us without a return number, as we will be unable to accept it, and it’s confusing.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO PROCESS THE RETURN?
We aim to refund and send exchange goods within 48 hours of the day they are received. Although it can take longer during busy periods like Christmas, sale, and when I am on holiday (joke).

Our photographer takes pride in providing pictures that accurately show all of the amazing denim that we sell. However, in the best premium denim, there will be slight variations in each wash, as these garments are washed by hand. Also all computer screens reproduce colour differently – so we cannot guarantee that your jeans will look exactly the same as on your screen.
